Hello!  My name is Stephanie Watson, and I am so glad you are here!  I have spent the last 10 years planting seeds to a healthier me.  There is no time like the present to make changes towards the life you deserve.

When I am not blogging about all things health, wellness, and babies, I am taking care of our sweet baby boy named Henry, health coaching, trying new recipes, spending time with family and friends, going to barre3, walking, going to yoga, or spending time with my very supportive husband.
